Our Policies

    • Please refrain from calling, leaving voicemails, or sending DMs on our social media channels for rescheduling.

    • To reschedule, kindly send an email to contact@desnuesthetics.com at least 48 hours before your appointment time.

    • You can reschedule up to 3 times as long as you give a 48-hour notice. 

    • It is your responsibility to remember your appointment date and time. Failure to reschedule within 48 hours will result in forfeiting your deposit. Additionally, a $75 fee will be charged to the card on file. If the card declines, rebooking will only be possible once the fee is settled in full.

    • ​After the third reschedule, your deposit will be lost.

    • A late fee will apply if you are more than 10 minutes late for your scheduled appointment.

    •  Notifying us ahead of time does not waive the late fee.

    •  If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be automatically canceled. You will be charged a $75 last-minute cancellation fee to the card on file.

    • Please note that deposits are non-refundable. ​

    • If your card declines, a different form of payment will be required in order to be able to book again. 

    • Deposits are non-refundable, will not be applied towards any fees.

    • You may cancel with a 48hr notice and a deposit credit will be held for 60 days.

    • Failure to cancel your appointment within 48 hours will result in a $75 Fee .

    • Failure to call or show up for your appointment will result in loss of your deposit.

    • A $75 no call/no show fee will be charged to the card on file. If the card declines you will not be able to rebook with us until that fee is paid in full.

    • Rebooking will require new deposit.

    • Please confirm your appointments. If not, it will be cancelled.

    • ​Please read & fill out the forms BEFORE your appointment.

    • If the forms are not letting you complete the signature, please scroll to the top and make sure all the questions are answered.

    • Deposits are non-refundable.

    • Des'nu Esthetics is not responsible for damaged, stolen or lost items. 

    • Silent your cell phones. 

    • Please ensure your cell phone is on silent mode upon entering the spa. To maintain a tranquil environment, kindly refrain from answering calls during your visit.

    •  Keep your voice low so other clients are not disturbed.  ​

    • No extra guests.

    • If you plan to bring an additional guest interested in receiving a service,

    • please notify us in advance.

    •  Our services are by appointment only, and we will do our best to accommodate.

    • For safety reasons, we regret that children are not permitted in the spa. If you arrive with a child, we will be unable to proceed with the service, and your deposit will be forfeited.

  • All sales are final. We do not offer refunds.

     Products with broken or tampered seals will not be exchanged.
